We are open to the public via our storefront location when we are not traveling with our boutique.  We post on social media when we are available for instore shopping. Those are the only times available for in-store pickup.

Some info you'll want to know:

Cart Times:

  • Carts expire after SIX hours. As soon as you place an item in your cart, it's yours to purchase for those SIX hours. If you don't checkout in time, the items in your cart will expire.

Shipping:

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout per the weight of the items you ordered, all US orders over $75 will receive free shipping. (Pre-tax total MUST exceed $75 for free shipping)
  • Orders are processed and shipped as fast as we can possibly manage, most often next day but occasionally it can take 2-3 business days.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Longview, TX. (NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME)
Standard: Studio M will ship within 3 to 4 business days
USPS Parcel Select Ground: Studio M will ship within 2 business days
Studio M will ship within 2 business days

Returns:

  • Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 
  • Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt. Items eligible for return are unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached, smoke, pet, and perfume free. Just send us an email to let us know you need to send something back.
  • Upcycled, Lipsticks, Bralettes, Makeup, Bath & Body items, and anything under $20 are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
  • Sale items are NOT returnable. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands, but if you are missing a package, let us know so we can help you find it before you file a claim.
  • You must have approval for all returns or they will be returned to sender. To initiate a return, please email us today at StudioMSalon@yahoo.com! In your return request please include your name, a good phone number, and your order number. 

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for a return.

If you received a damaged item, you will need to email us within 3 days of the day you received your package. Send an email and picture to StudioMSalon@yahoo.com. We will not process a return on any items claimed outside the 3 day window. 

Expired Pickups: You can order online and choose local pickup in Longview, TX. If you choose in-store pickup, we will hold your order for 14 days. If you do not pickup your items within 14 days of ordering, your items will return to stock. We do not issue refunds or store credit on orders that have not been pickup within the 14 day pickup period.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Can I change payment method after I've placed my order? We are unable to change your payment method for you, for example, we cannot change your debit card to AfterPay for you. You can email us and we will contact you directly to refund your purchase on your payment method, but your items will be released back to inventory. Once your return is refunded to your original payment method, you may go back through the website and reorder your items using your new payment method. 

Q: I forgot to use my coupon code! Can you credit me the discount? Unfortunately, we can't. The only way we can do that is to cancel your order and most likely your items will go to someone else.
